For a limited time, most FA2 garments are available at the Fifth Avenue store. Click & Collect orders will usually be available the following store-open day after order is placed.

Q. Can I try on a garment before I decide to buy?

A. Yes, contact us with the details of the garment and we can arrange for it to be made available for you to try on in our store

 

Q. How do I know what size to buy?

A. We have useful "Size Charts” for each category to refer to. Measure yourself and check the details of each garment you like, for any specific information about the fit. Alternatively we can arrange a fitting for you in our store.

 

Q. Can I return a garment

A. Yes, you may return goods to us within 7 days of receipt (or maximum of 14 days from date of order) for an exchange - providing they have not been worn and are in original resalable condition. This does not include the cost of shipping. To process a return please email your invoice # and the reason for your return to returns@fa2.co.nz, you will be sent instructions on how to return along with a return ID number.
